TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
As an instructor of management, I prepare students to navigate organizational life with both effectiveness and reflexivity. I teach leadership and organizational behavior and am prepared to teach courses in negotiation, careers, organizational culture, change management, corporate responsibility, and the future of work.
My approach to teaching is grounded in four principles:
Experiential: Students learn by applying concepts through cases, simulations, and reflection on their own experiences.
Growth-Oriented: I meet students where they are and help each develop confidence, competence, and curiosity.
Reflective: Students are encouraged to think critically about the ethical dimensions of management.
Inclusive: I foster a classroom where students feel respected, supported, and willing to take intellectual risks.
